HOW TO GATHER KILLER CLIENT FEEDBACK

When I think of customer surveys, I think of those unfortunate 7-number codes at the bottom of receipts at stores like Target and P.F. Chang’s — the ‘fill this out and you could win $1,000!’ type afterthoughts your waitress may or may not mention as you hightail it out the door.

Surveys are kinda lame when they’re presented as an afterthought, but they’re an incredibly value business tool when put to good use.

As a small business owner, you get to make your customer surveys fun and easy. You get to personalize the questions you’re asking, AND you get to do it using a free tool. Watch this video to get the quick ‘n dirty scoop on creating customer service surveys that keep every single client of yours happy as a clam.

I’ll make a survey form in real time and give you loads of options for questions you might like to ask your lovely clients.

Thanks for posting, Kirsten. I’ve seen how these can be done on MailChimp, but it is nice to know there are other ways of doing them. Your way seems quite easy and straightforward.
